Privacy policy

This site belongs to Dexterous Mold & Tool, Inc., 2535 Locust Creek Dr, Evansville, Indiana 47720. It exists so manufacturers can evaluate our shop and request quotes. Here is everything it collects and why, stated plainly.

What we collect

Quote requests. When you submit the quote form we receive what you typed: your name, company, contact details and your project description. We also record the page you sent the form from, which tells us which part of the site brought you to us. Your IP address is checked for a moment to block automated abuse, then discarded. It is never stored alongside your enquiry.

Files and prints. Send the quote form first and we will ask for drawings, models or prints as the next step. However they reach us, they go only to the people quoting and building your work. Where an NDA is in place, ours or yours, its terms apply as well. Files are never sold, shared with third parties, or used for anything except your quote and your job.

Analytics. The site uses two measurement tools to count visits, page views and quote-form activity, so we know whether the site is doing its job. Google Analytics is one. Matomo is the other, and it is configured not to set cookies or build a profile of you at all. We do not run advertising, retargeting or social-media pixels, and we do not sell or share visitor data with anyone.

Cookies

Three, and that is the whole list. _ga and _ga_5HH1Z7LP2L belong to Google Analytics and tell it whether two visits came from the same browser. cookieyes-consent remembers the choice you made on the banner, so we do not ask you again on every page. Matomo sets none.

The banner appears once. You can change your mind whenever you like using the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link at the bottom of any page. The cookie policy sets out each one in a table, with who sets it and how long it lasts.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not run ads or ad tracking. We do not send marketing email; if you send a quote request, we contact you about that quote and nothing else.

You will still find a “Do Not Sell or Share” control on every page. Passing information to an analytics provider can count as “sharing” under some state privacy laws even when no money changes hands, and you should not have to take our word for any of this. The control is there so the choice is yours rather than ours.

To ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, call (812) 422-8046 or write to us at the address above, and we will handle it directly. No forms, no portals.

To stop the analytics described above, use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the footer. It takes effect straight away and does not require you to contact anyone.

Effective 25 September 2026, the day this site went live, replacing the August version. If our data practices change, this page changes with them.
