Who answers when I call?
A person, not a phone tree. Say what you need and the call goes to the people who quote that work. The office is staffed 6:00 to 2:30 Central time, Monday through Friday.
Can I call outside office hours?
Yes. The number is the same around the clock and you are welcome to use it whenever your mold goes down. It will not always be picked up outside 6:00 to 2:30 Central time, so leave your number, or send the quote form and it is waiting when the office opens.
Do I need CAD files to get a quote?
No. A part, a print or a sample is enough, and we reverse engineer from physical parts when the prints are gone. CAD shortens the work; its absence never stops it.
