Machining capacity when your queue is full.Evansville, Indiana
Sometimes the constraint is not capability, it is hours. Your own machines are committed. A component has to be replaced. Or a short run needs a tolerance your usual supplier will not take on.
One replacement part is as welcome here as a short run
Why this work fits here.
That work runs here on the same machines, programmers and inspection that build injection molds. A shop that holds mold tolerance all day does not have to change anything to hold yours.
None of it needs a long conversation to start. Send the print or the part, and say how many you need and when. You get a price for that job, not a rate card written for someone else's.

Capability
What we can machine for you.
Quantity, tolerance and material all move the number, so machining work is quoted per job rather than off a rate card. Send the print or the part, tell us the quantity and the date you need, and you get a price against that job. If the tolerance is tighter than the drawing suggests, say so early. It changes how the part is set up, not what it costs at the end.

Why the tolerance holds.
Every machine, by name and count →Mold work sets the standard the rest of the floor runs to. Parts are cut on the same five-axis cells and EDM that make cavities and cores, turned on the Okuma cells and ground on surfaces up to 20 by 40 inches. An Erowa robot keeps three of those EDMs cutting through the night, so your job moves while the building is empty, and unattended hours cost less than staffed ones. Everything is measured before it leaves.
Tell us what you need.
What buyers ask before sending work.
Will you take a single part?
Yes. One replacement component is as welcome as a short run, and the same programmers, machines and inspection handle either.
What if we have a part but no print?
We reverse engineer from the physical part. Mold repair arrives that way constantly, and the same measuring and CAD process applies to a machining job.
Is this the same equipment used for tooling?
Yes, and the same people. There is no separate production line held to a looser standard.
What kinds of parts do you actually take?
Extrusion dies, adapters, castings and machine parts are routine, alongside tooling-grade one-offs and short runs. If it needs mold-shop tolerance and it fits the machines, it fits here.
Send the print or the part.
It goes straight to the people who quote the work, not a sales queue. CAD files are welcome but never required, and an NDA is there for the asking if you want one first.
Rather talk it through?
