Injection mold tooling built for your part.Evansville, Indiana
You have a part that has to go into production, and you need the tool that makes it. Whether that tool runs for years or lives in the repair shop is settled before any steel is cut: how the part fills, how it cools, how it releases, how every moving action fits.
We build SPI class 101 through 105, production tooling to prototype

What happens here, and what does not.
That engineering happens here, and so does everything after it. Design, cutting, fitting, finishing and the final fit are all in one building in Indiana, so your tool never waits on a truck between steps and none of the work leaves the country.
One thing worth saying early: we build the tool, we do not run your parts. Production molding happens at your molder. If it is the mold you need, this is the right shop.

Capability
What we can build for you.
Every tool is different, so none of this is a menu. Cavitation, actions, steel and how ready your data is all move the price and the date, and your quote carries its own schedule.

What the machines take off your schedule.
Every machine, by name and count →The floor exists to take work off your schedule. A robot feeds three EDMs through the night, so burns happen while the building is empty. Hours nobody staffs cost less than staffed ones. Five-axis cells hold your part once instead of four times. Two full-time polishers finish molding surfaces without the tool leaving the building.
What buyers ask before they commit to a tool.
What if my part is not ready to mold?
Say so when you send it. The design engineers here have more than thirty years of mold design between them, and the full 3-D design is done in Creo or SolidWorks before any steel is cut. Changing a part on screen costs a fraction of changing a cavity in hardened steel.
Can you start from a part instead of a print?
Yes. We reverse engineer from physical parts and tooling, and our design engineers regularly start from an idea rather than a finished CAD model. If you want an NDA in place before you send anything, ask and we will sign one.
How is the price and the schedule decided?
Per job, from your part. The class, the cavity count, the actions, the steel and your CAD all move both numbers. That is why you get a quote written for your tool, not a range from someone else's.
Send the part, the print, or the problem.
It goes straight to the people who quote the work, not a sales queue. CAD files are welcome but never required, and an NDA is there for the asking if you want one first.
