Maintenance & Shop Support Technician.
Keep a precision mold shop running: preventative maintenance on CNC equipment, mold water lines, building upkeep, local runs and shipping. Hands-on, and we will train the right person.

The job
What you would actually do.
- Preventative maintenance on CNC machines and shop equipment
- Solder and plumb mold water cooling lines
- Replace LED light drivers and make minor electrical repairs
- Change HVAC filters and help with basic building maintenance
- Keep the shop clean, including running the floor scrubber
- Pick up and deliver customer components and supplies, mostly local driving
- Package and ship components by UPS
- Prepare and load freight up to 8,000 lbs for LTL and courier carriers
- Pitch in on general shop maintenance and whatever the week needs
What you bring.
- Mechanically inclined, and you like solving the problem in front of you
- Comfortable with hand and power tools
- Able to safely lift 50+ pounds
- Valid driver's license
Helpful, not required
- Forklift experience, or the willingness to learn it
- Welding, plumbing, electrical or industrial maintenance background
If you are reliable, self-motivated and take pride in the work, we will teach you the rest.
